Informed sources have settled the ongoing controversy in recent hours regarding the future of Iraqi national team player Ibrahim Baish, following reports about his inclusion in the transfer deal of Jordanian national team striker Ali Alwan to Al-Riyadh Club in Saudi Arabia during the current winter transfer window.

The sources confirmed that Ali Alwan will play his last match today wearing Al-Karma's jersey against Al-Mosul, as part of the 13th round of the Iraqi Stars League, before heading to Saudi Arabia to complete the official procedures for his transfer to Al-Riyadh Club, to represent them until the end of the current season in the Roshn Saudi League.

The sources indicated that Al-Riyadh Club's management will pay $500,000 to Al-Karma Club to obtain Ali Alwan's player card, categorically denying the reports that mentioned including Ibrahim Baish in the deal and his transfer to Al-Karma.

They explained that Baish will continue his journey with Al-Riyadh Club this season, where he will play alongside Ali Alwan in the Saudi team, affirming that the Iraqi player does not wish to return to the Iraqi Stars League this season and prefers to focus on giving his best with his current team and finishing the season in a way that meets the management's ambitions.

The sources added that Ibrahim Baish prioritizes continuing his experience of playing abroad in the next season, especially after adapting to the atmosphere in the Saudi league and getting used to the pace of competition there, with returning to the Iraqi league being an option only if no offers meet his ambitions.

The sources concluded by pointing out that if Baish decides to return to Iraq in the future, he considers his former team Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya as his first option before considering other clubs, stressing that all these possibilities remain conditional on the offers presented to him after the end of his contract with Al-Riyadh Club.
