European Offer for Diang and Al Ahly's Desire to Loan Ahmed Eid
Sports broadcaster Ahmed Shobier revealed that a European offer for Al Ahly star Aliou Dieng has arrived recently.
Shobier said on his program "Al-Nazir" on Al-Nahar channel: "A few days ago, Diagne was closest to renewing with Al Ahly, but then an offer came for the player through his agent from one of the top five leagues (Spain, Italy, France, Germany, England)."
He added: "Now, Diang is 99% certain not to renew with Al Ahly, and the player wishes to pursue a professional career in Europe."
He continued: "In a surprise development regarding the transfer dealings of Al Ahly club, Ahmed Eid, the player from Al Masry Port Said and the Egyptian national team, is very close to joining the Red Giant on loan."
