Napoli Includes Youssef En-Nesyri Among Its Offensive Options

Italian media reports revealed Napoli's move to strengthen its attack line during the current winter transfer window by including Fenerbahçe striker Youssef En-Nesyri among the options presented to the club's management.

According to Sky Sport Italia and La Gazzetta dello Sport, Napoli cannot finalize the loan deal for En-Nesyri before offloading one of its players, specifically Lorenzo Lucca or Noah Lang, in order to comply with the spending restrictions imposed on the club this month.

The reports clarified that Napoli has exceeded the expanded wage cap, which forces the club not to spend any additional amounts in January except within the limits of what it earns from sales, requiring the club to organize its affairs before completing any new offensive deal.

Sky Sport Italia confirmed that Napoli is looking to sign a pure striker, with Ivan Ferguson, the Roma player on loan from Brighton, alongside Youssef En-Nesyri, being among the top candidates to strengthen the team in the upcoming phase.

The reports indicated that Fenerbahçe has agreed to the idea of loaning En-Nesyri, but the deal remains conditional on the departure of one of Napoli's players, given the decline in Noah Lang's performance under coach Antonio Conte, his limited participation, as well as the few minutes Lorenzo Lucca has played this season.
