Petković confirmed that the Algerian national team faced significant challenges and managed to overcome them successfully, adding: "The players delivered a strong performance. We faced difficulties, but we were able to overcome them."

He added: "We created a large number of opportunities. It's true that we didn't score many goals, but the most important thing is that we qualified, and we are happy about that."

The coach of the Greens commented on the injuries of some players: "I hope the injuries sustained by the duo Hajam and Sharqi are not serious, and we will wait for the test results before considering the next steps."
