South African national team player Lyle Foster confirmed that the players are well prepared to face the Egyptian national team in the Africa Cup of Nations.
The Egypt national team will face the South Africa national team next Friday in the second round of the group stage of the Africa Cup of Nations.
Foster said in statements reported by the Daily News: "We are preparing well to face the Egyptian national team in the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, as we have taken many positives from the victory over Angola."
He added: "I believe we had a good start against Angola and established a strong foothold in the tournament, so I think the three points from this match were important, and that's what we wanted."
Before the South African player finished, he said: "We can only build on this momentum, and now we have to focus on the match against Egypt."
