Sudan National Team Player Kante Suffers Injury
Sudan national team player Mousa Hussein "Kante" sustained an injury during the team's first training session in Mohammedia, as part of their preparations for participating in the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations finals in Morocco.
The player underwent medical examinations on Saturday evening, during which the national team doctor, Dr. Mohamed Abdel Rahman Hamouda, confirmed that the tests revealed Kanté had a sprain in his right ankle along with ligament stretching.
Hamouda explained that the injury will keep the player off the field for three weeks, during which he will undergo a treatment and rehabilitation program. His health condition will be monitored before setting a date for his return to training.
