A European Deal Looms at Al-Ahli Jeddah

Al-Ahli Saudi Club is closely monitoring the situation of Portuguese player Rafa Silva, who plays for Turkish club Beşiktaş, in preparation for attempting to sign him during the upcoming winter transfer window.

Turkish journalist specializing in the transfer market, Akram Konur, revealed that Rafa Silva is strongly pushing to leave Beşiktaş during the winter transfer window.

Connor explained that the management of Beşiktaş, headed by Serdal Adalı, has set an amount of 10 million euros for agreeing to sell the player in the upcoming period.

Rafa Silva, 32 years old, is attracting the interest of several European and Arab clubs, including Al-Ahli Saudi, AEK Athens of Greece, and Club Brugge of Belgium.

The global website "Transfermarkt" confirmed that Saudi Al-Ahli and Portuguese Benfica have included the player on their list of interests, as he is close to leaving the Turkish league.

Rafa Silva is under a contract with Beşiktaş until June 2027, with an estimated market value of around 7 million euros.

The player has had a notable European career, having previously played for Benfica and Braga before transferring to Turkish club Beşiktaş in 2020.
