Chelsea Advances to League Cup Semi-Finals at the Expense of Cardiff
Chelsea qualified for the semi-finals of the English Football League Cup after defeating Cardiff City 3-1 in the quarter-final match held on Tuesday evening.
Chelsea took the lead through Alejandro Garnacho in the 57th minute after Bonanotti stole the ball and passed it to Garnacho, who entered the penalty area and shot into the net.
In the 76th minute, Cardiff City scored an equalizer through David Turnbull with a wonderful header, then Pedro Neto scored a second goal for the Blues in the 83rd minute assisted by Santos.
