The Moroccan reserve football team secured their spot in the Arab Cup final, held in Qatar, after a well-deserved 3-0 victory over the UAE team in the match held on Monday evening, December 15, 2025, as part of the semi-final stage.

The Moroccan team entered the match with clear determination, imposing their style from the early minutes, being the more present and dangerous side, while the UAE team relied on counterattacks and attempts to surprise the Moroccan defense.

The “Atlas Lions” translated their superiority into the first goal in the 28th minute of the first half, scored by striker Karim El Barkawi, granting Morocco a deserved lead before the end of the first half.

In the second half, the UAE team tried to come back by intensifying their offensive efforts, but the national players maintained their tactical discipline while looking to exploit spaces to strengthen their lead.
