The Saudi national team intensified their preparations on Saturday evening by continuing group training sessions as part of the final preparations for their semifinal match against Jordan in the FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2025.

The Green Team will face the highly anticipated match at Al Bayt Stadium the day after tomorrow, Monday, at 8:30 PM Mecca time and 9:30 PM Abu Dhabi time.

The training session was held at the Aspire fields, under the leadership of French head coach Hervé Renard. The practice began with various drills within small grids to enhance physical and technical readiness.

The coaching staff relied during the training session on conducting a tactical drill on half of the field, aiming to implement tactical patterns and prepare for the playing style of the Jordanian national team.

Renard concluded the training session with an intense focus on executing set pieces, considering them one of the key weapons that the Green Team relies on in their match against Jordan.

The Saudi national team is scheduled to continue its preparations on Sunday evening with a new training session at the Aspire fields, which will be open to the media for the first fifteen minutes.

The Green Team reached the semifinals after defeating the Palestine team 2-1 following two extra periods, while Jordan secured its spot by beating Iraq 1-0.
