Thursday 11-12-2025
Bayern Munich continues to work on organizing its goalkeeper position, with reports revealing that the Bavarian club is confident about renewing the contract of its veteran goalkeeper Manuel Neuer, who is 39 years old.

According to the German newspaper "Bild," Bayern officials believe that Neuer is still capable of performing at a high level, which motivates them to keep him for at least one more season.

On the other hand, Bayern Munich is set to sell goalkeeper Alexander Nübel, who is currently on loan at Stuttgart, after his loan period ends. The club views Nübel as not part of their future plans, especially with the renewal of Neuer's contract expected to be announced soon.

Despite Bayern's desire to sell Nübel, the process faces a minor obstacle in the form of the goalkeeper's high salary, which could complicate negotiations with interested clubs. Nevertheless, Bayern remains open to finding a suitable arrangement to complete the deal in the near future.

It is worth mentioning that Manuel Neuer, the legendary goalkeeper of the Bavarian giant, has a contract that expires at the end of the current season.
