Al-Ittihad Begins Dubai Camp: Two Friendly Matches and Intensive Physical Program
Monday 08-12-2025
Al-Ittihad Saudi Club announced the arrangements for its training camp in Dubai, confirming that the team will play two friendly matches during the international break, coinciding with the Saudi national team's participation in the Arab Cup tournament held in Qatar.

The club explained on its account on the "X" platform that the team will play two matches against Palm City and Gulf Emirates on December 10 and 14, as part of the preparation program that Al-Ameed is conducting in Dubai.

Press reports indicated that Portuguese coach Sérgio Conceição plans to increase the physical workload by implementing morning and evening training sessions, aiming to enhance the players' readiness ahead of the league's resumption.

Only the duo Saleh Al-Shehri and Abdulrahman Al-Aboud are absent from Al-Ittihad's camp due to their commitment to representing the Saudi national team in the Arab Cup, while the rest of the team members are present in the group training sessions.

The coaching staff aims to use the break period to improve overall performance and physical conditioning, especially given the team's recent decline in results in the past rounds of the Professional League.

Al-Ittihad occupies seventh place in the Saudi Professional League standings with 14 points and aims to improve its position when the competition resumes after the international break.
