Dr. Ahmed Gaballah, Al Ahly club doctor, confirmed that Kareem Fouad will undergo an intensive therapeutic and rehabilitation program in the upcoming period after suffering a sprain in the anterior cruciate ligament and a sprain in the medial collateral ligament of the right knee. He explained that the condition requires adherence to a precise treatment plan to ensure the player's optimal recovery.

Gaballah pointed out that he communicated in the past hours with the medical staff of the national team to check on the player's condition, following his exclusion from Egypt's squad for the Arab Cup due to the injury he sustained during the Pharaohs' training session. It was agreed to start the first phase of the treatment protocol immediately.

The Al Ahly doctor added that the details of the treatment program were prepared in full coordination between the medical teams of the club and the national team to ensure the best follow-up for Kareem Fouad's condition. The player will also be evaluated periodically to determine his response to treatment and the duration he will need to return to the fields.

Gaballah affirmed that Al Ahly pays great attention to the player's condition, given his important role in the team, noting that the club will work to provide all the requirements for his rehabilitation, hoping for his return to participation as soon as possible according to medical guidelines.
