The Saudi Al-Hilal team continued their preparations today, Thursday, after the players finished the rest period granted to them by Italian coach Simone Inzaghi following their victory over Iraqi Police in the AFC Champions League Elite.

The team's return to training came after a resounding 4-0 victory over Al-Shorta in the match hosted at the Kingdom Arena as part of the fifth round of the continental championship.

The players completed the main training session ahead of the match against Al-Fateh in the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Cup, according to what was posted on the club's official account on the "X" platform.

The participation of defender Hassan Tembakti in the upcoming match is expected to become clear according to Inzaghi's tactical vision, after the player recovered from the injury that prevented him from appearing against Al-Fateh in the league and against Al-Shorta in the continental competition.

Al-Riyadiyah reports indicate that the decision to field Tembakti will depend on the nature of the match and the coaching staff's needs, as Inzaghi is keen not to risk the player's return before he is fully physically ready.

Al Hilal is preparing to face Al-Fateh at the King Abdullah Sports City Stadium next Saturday, as part of the King’s Cup quarterfinals. The match will kick off at 5:40 PM Mecca time.
