Valencia Announces Departure of Club's Sporting Secretary
Spanish club Valencia officially announced today, Wednesday, the departure of the club's sporting secretary Carmelo del Pozo from his position.
The club's statement read: "Valencia Club announces the termination of its contractual relationship with Carmelo del Pozo as technical secretary."
He added: "The club would like to thank Di Biase for his commitment and wishes him success in the future."
This move comes as Valencia continues to struggle this season, currently sitting in fifteenth place in the Spanish league.
The 56-year-old De Buzio had started working with Valencia in 2023, but the situation at the club did not improve.
