The Spanish newspaper 'Sport' indicated that the Clasico match between Real Madrid and Barcelona, scheduled for Sunday, October 26 at 6:15 PM Cairo time, will witness both teams attempting to assert their historical dominance. The Clasico remains one of the most followed matches in the world of football, due to the fame of both teams, the quality of the players, and the constant excitement in every encounter.

Historically, Real Madrid leads in the number of victories, having won 105 out of 261 Clasicos, compared to Barcelona's 104 victories, while 52 matches ended in a draw. It is noteworthy that Barcelona achieved absolute dominance last season by winning all four encounters, bringing the Catalan team much closer to their rival's record.

As for La Liga, Real Madrid also leads in the number of wins, having won 79 matches out of 190 encounters, compared to Barcelona's 76 wins and 35 draws. In terms of goals, Real Madrid has the edge with 437 goals compared to Barcelona's 431 goals.

However, Lionel Messi remains the all-time top scorer in the Clasico, having scored 26 goals with Barcelona, surpassing Cristiano Ronaldo and Alfredo Di Stefano by eight goals each, according to a report by the Spanish newspaper 'Sport.'
