Al-Shahrani: We Focus on the Strengths and Weaknesses of Al-Hilal
Saad Al-Shahrani, the coach of Al-Ettifaq, appeared to discuss the anticipated match against Al-Hilal in the fifth round of the Roshan Saudi League, scheduled for tomorrow evening, Saturday.
Al-Shahrani confirmed during the press conference that the players of Al-Ettifaq are ready to meet Al-Hilal and emphasized the importance of focus on the field to achieve a positive result.
He said: "Tomorrow's match will be difficult against an organized and big team, and we are working on the strengths and weaknesses of the opponent, trying to enter with high concentration to handle the match well."
He added: "Our strength this season lies in the spirit of the group and collective play, especially against big teams. We faced Al-Ahli after the break and delivered an outstanding match, and we will play against Al-Hilal after the break."
He continued: "The players of Al-Ettifaq excel at handling big matches, which reassures us, and we must focus on our technical work on the field and maintain concentration throughout the match and capitalize on opportunities to score goals."
When asked about not suffering a loss against Al-Hilal, he said: "Big matches are awaited by everyone, and I will continue to achieve positive results."
He added: "Khalid Al-Ghanam has talent and is ready, and it is important for us that the player is prepared. It is true that he has scored and excelled, but he needs to work harder to show more of his abilities."
He concluded: "Ahmed Hassan Kahraba is the only absentee from our ranks, while the others are ready. The absence of Salem Al-Dawsari from Al-Hilal is certainly impactful, but their coach Inzaghi has a different approach and has good substitute players."
