Union Continues Incentive Reward System After Last Season's Success
Monday 13-10-2025
The management of Al-Ittihad Club has decided to continue implementing the incentive reward system that has been in place since last season for the first team football players, as confirmed by special sources to 'Al-Riyadiyah', indicating that the decision came after its positive results on the players' performance and motivation.

The sources explained that the reward mechanism adopted last season contributed to raising the morale within the team and helped achieve the titles of the Roshan Saudi League and the King's Cup, prompting the management to maintain it for the current season without modification.

The mechanism relies on distributing financial rewards after every five matches in the league, granted to players based on the team's position in the standings, with a gradation in financial value according to Al-Ittihad's position among the top three.

The sources indicated that the management sees the continuation of the current system as an additional incentive for players to maintain high performance levels, especially in light of the strong competition this season for the top spots in the Roshan Saudi League.

The decision aims to enhance the spirit of commitment and discipline within the team, while motivating players to consistently deliver outstanding performances, in line with the club's ambitions to compete for local and continental titles.

Al-Ittihad currently occupies the third position in the league standings with nine points, accumulated from three victories against one defeat, which came against Al-Nassr in the previous round, and the team is seeking to regain the winning rhythm in the upcoming rounds to maintain its position among the top teams.
