Hossam El-Sayed, a member of the Zamalek Club Board, spoke about the rumors that have recently circulated regarding the dismissal of Belgian coach Yannick Ferreira after the team's draw with Ghazl El Mahalla with a score of 1-1 yesterday.
Hossam El-Sayed stated in press remarks that Belgian Yannick Ferreira is still in charge of training Zamalek for the time being.
He added: "There is a meeting between John Edward, the club's sports director, and Hossam Labib, the club president, to determine Ferreira's position in light of the team's recent declining results."
Zamalek has not won in the last three matches in the league, following a loss to Al Ahly by two goals to one and draws with Al Gouna and Ghazl El Mahalla with the same score of 1-1.
