Ahmed Hassan stated on Facebook: "Ahmed Reda has been excluded from Al Ahly's list against Ismailia Electricity due to complaints of knee pain as well as muscle pain, and the player is undergoing an MRI scan."
The match will kick off at 8 PM Cairo and Mecca time.
