Abdullah Jalal Continues to Lead Duhok Club and Makes Important Decisions
Dr. Abdullah Jalal retained the presidency of Duhok Club for a second term lasting four years, following the completion of the electoral process that took place today, Wednesday, at the club's headquarters with the official and administrative attendance of the general assembly members.
The elections resulted in the formation of a new administrative body that included: Khalid Mohammed, Youssef Rashid, Khalid Moshir, Dalin Kamal, Hoshyar Fareeq, Rikar Ahmed, Jassim Haji, Mulla Jamal, and Ali Mustafa, who will work alongside the elected president to lead the club during the upcoming phase.
In a related context, the new administration made a swift decision to dismiss the Brazilian coach Sergio Farias from leading the first football team, following a series of negative results in the opening two rounds of the Iraqi Stars League, where Duhok lost to Al-Karma (0-1) and then to Al-Police (0-2).
The administration assigned the task of coaching the team to former coach Suleiman Ramadan, who has begun overseeing training sessions in preparation for the match against Al-Karkh next Saturday in the third round of the league.
Thus, Duhok enters a new phase on both administrative and technical levels, amidst the hopes of its fans that administrative stability, along with technical changes, will help return the team to the path of positive results in the upcoming matches.
