Inzaghi: Al-Qadsiah is a good team and we must be focused to face them
Simone Inzaghi, the coach of Al-Hilal Saudi, spoke about the anticipated match between his team and Al-Qadsiah.
Al-Hilal will face Al-Qadsiah tomorrow, Saturday, in the second round of the Saudi Professional League.
Inzaghi said in the pre-match press conference: "We are well aware of the pressure of matches in the upcoming period, but we always focus only on the next match, and Al-Qadsiah is a good team, and we must be well-focused to face them."
He added: "We have prepared well for the match, first with the non-international players, and then after the international players joined the training, and after today’s training, I will determine the lineup I will use for the match."
He further stated: "I watched all of Al-Qadsiah's matches, and their heavy loss in the Super Cup (against Al-Ahli) is misleading; the match was balanced until they had a red card that turned the scales, and the team in general made strong signings in the summer, and they are a strong contender."
Regarding the injury of his player Nasser Al-Dosari during his time with the Saudi national team in their training camp in the Czech Republic, Inzaghi commented: "Nasser Al-Dosari went to the national team and got injured and did not participate with them."
He continued: "(Nasser Al-Dosari) returned to training with us, and we will see today if he will be able to participate in tomorrow's match or not."
He concluded: "I am closely following the Al-Hilal U21 team, and I seek to know them and focus on their characteristics."
