Bilal Brahimi Seeks a Team After Terminating His Contract with Nice
Thursday 04-09-2025
The French club Nice announced today, Wednesday, the mutual termination of its contract with Algerian international Bilal Brahimi, one year before its expiration, making the player free from any contractual obligations and starting to search for a new team before the closure of the winter transfer market in Europe.

Brahimi (25 years old) was linked with Nice until June 2026, but his desire to experience something new prompted both parties to end the relationship early, especially after suffering from marginalization during his time with the southern club, where he was loaned to Saint Trond in Belgium and then Brest in France.

The Algerian winger is racing against time to find a suitable destination in the coming days, amid some offers, the most notable of which is from the American club Minnesota, but the player rejected the idea of moving to the American league, preferring to stay in Europe.

It is worth mentioning that Brahimi played last season with Saint Trond, where he participated in 28 matches across various competitions, scoring two goals and providing four assists, before his performance declined in the second half of the season, leading to widespread criticism.
