Al-Nassr Targets Signing Defender in Anticipation of Al-Amri's Departure

Reports published today, Wednesday, indicate that Al-Nassr is targeting the signing of Mohammed Al-Shuwairikh, a defender from Al-Shabab, during the ongoing summer transfer window, in anticipation of the departure of Abdulilah Al-Amri.

According to press sources, the Al-Nassr administration has entered into strong negotiations with Al-Shabab to acquire the services of Mohammed Al-Shuwairikh before the registration deadline on September 10, based on a recommendation from coach Jesus.

The sources clarified that the Al-Nassr administration has recently succeeded in reaching an agreement with the defender to join the team, with the remaining step being the agreement with the Al-Shabab administration.

Additionally, the press sources reported that the Al-Nassr administration has given Abdulilah Al-Amri the green light to leave the team this summer.

It is noteworthy that Al-Amri spent last season on loan at Al-Ittihad and contributed to the team winning the league and the King's Cup.
