Omar Farag's Departure from Zamalek Approaches
Media personality Khaled Al-Ghandour confirmed the imminent departure of Palestinian Zamalek player Omar Farag from the team's ranks.
Al-Ghandour stated on the "Stadium Al-Mihwar" program that coach Yanic Ferreira informed John Edward, the sporting director, that he does not have a technical need for the player.
Al-Ghandour added: "Based on the coaching staff's vision, Zamalek has decided to market the player during the current transfer window, whether in the Swedish league or one of the Gulf leagues, similar to what happened with Ahmed Al-Jafali."
Zamalek is currently preparing to face Wadi Degla next Sunday in the fifth round of the Egyptian Premier League.
