Al-Ahli Faces Crisis Before the Qadisiyah Match in the Super Cup Semifinal

The coaching staff of Al-Ahli Jeddah, led by German Matthias Jaissle, has faced a significant blow before the upcoming match against Qadisiyah in the Saudi Super Cup semifinal.

The chances of Abdulilah Al-Khaibari, the left-back of Al-Ahli, participating have diminished after he suffered a muscle strain last week, which forced him to undergo intensive therapeutic sessions under the supervision of the medical staff.

Al-Khaibari has undergone a comprehensive rehabilitation program in recent days and has been unable to participate in collective training, increasing doubts about his availability for the next match against Qadisiyah.

The player is scheduled to undergo additional tests to determine his availability for participation if the team qualifies for the Super Cup final, according to what was reported by the sports newspaper on Tuesday evening.

Al-Khaibari is 28 years old and joined Al-Ahli during the current summer transfer window from Riyadh, with a contract extending for three years, to bolster the team's ranks ahead of the new season.
