Haider Mohammed pointed out that the students enjoy a large fan base, which serves as an additional incentive for players to give their best in matches, confirming that fan support plays an important role in boosting the team's morale and contributes to creating a competitive atmosphere on the field that enhances both individual and collective performance of the players.

Regarding the signing of the veteran striker Ali Abdul Zahra, the coach stated that the player possesses extensive experience in various local and international tournaments, affirming that his presence provides the team with additional attacking strength and dynamism, and increases the tactical options available to the technical staff. He explained that Abdul Zahra's experience playing with clubs inside and outside Iraq, in addition to his international appearances with the Iraqi national team, makes him a leadership element capable of guiding young players and taking responsibility on the field in critical moments.

Haider Mohammed confirmed that the current phase focuses on enhancing the physical and skill aspects of the players, while also developing tactical and strategic aspects through comprehensive training programs that include tactical drills, strong friendly matches, and the use of modern technologies such as GPS chips and thermal maps to assess each player's individual performance.
