Officially.. Erbil announces signing of Hemam Tariq

Erbil Club has officially announced the signing of player Hemam Tariq, coming from Al-Student Club, to be one of the key reinforcements that the team relies on for the new football season 2025-2026.

Hemam Tariq is 29 years old and is considered one of the prominent names in Iraqi football, having previously represented the national team at various age levels up to the senior team, and his name is associated with a football career filled with distinctive milestones on both local and international levels.

At the level of local clubs, Hemam has played for several prestigious Iraqi teams, most notably Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya, Al-Student, and Zakho, where he delivered impressive performances that secured him a permanent place among the top players in the attacking midfield.

As for his international professional career, he has had significant experiences with Esteghlal Tehran in Iran, Al-Dhafra in the UAE, Ismaily in Egypt, Al-Ahli Dubai in the UAE, Al-Ahli Libya, in addition to Al-Mu'aither in Qatar, gaining extensive experience in different football schools that provided him with technical diversity and flexibility in performance.

The management of Erbil Club confirmed that the signing of Hemam is part of its project to build a strong and integrated team capable of competing vigorously in the Iraqi Premier League, noting that the player will add great value due to his long experience and leadership qualities on the field.
