Reliable journalist Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that Leeds United is close to finalizing the deal to sign Swiss striker Noah Okafor from Italian club AC Milan during the current transfer window.
According to sources, Leeds management has made an official offer worth over 20 million euros to secure the services of the 25-year-old player.
Romano added that the English club has offered Okafor a contract extending until June 2029, with an option to extend for an additional year until the summer of 2030.
The source concluded that the deal is only awaiting Okafor's approval on the final terms, while coach Daniel Farke is pushing hard to complete the signing as soon as possible.
