According to journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, Lazetic will join Aberdeen and is currently in Scotland to undergo medical tests.
Lazetic joined Milan in 2022 from Red Star Belgrade, but the player did not get the opportunity with the Rossoneri.
The 21-year-old Lazetic has spent previous seasons on loan at clubs in Austria and the Netherlands.
