Paladino: Winning against Milan at San Siro is fantastic and the substitutions made the difference

Raffaele Palladino, the head coach of Bologna, expressed his great happiness at the victory over Milan with a score of 4-2 in the match that took place in the 9th round of Serie A, praising his players' performance and fighting spirit throughout the match.

Baldini said in his statements after the match: "It is always great to win at San Siro, but the credit goes entirely to the players, who delivered a strong performance in terms of intensity, effort, and sacrifice. They attacked and defended and performed exceptionally at all levels."

Bologna's coach added: "Substitutions make the difference, and that’s what happened today as well. Every player who came off the bench performed wonderfully and gave the team an extra boost. We knew that Milan had played three matches in six days, and we expected them to tire physically in the second half, so we wanted to bring on more energetic players."

Paladino spoke about the brilliance of Samuel Mbanguola, who scored three goals in the match, saying: "Mbanguola scored three goals today, even though he hasn't had many chances with me so far, and this shows how good the group I am working with is."

Bologna's coach concluded his statements by stressing the need to continue working, explaining that the win over Milan represents an important morale boost. However, he emphasized that the team has not achieved anything yet and must prepare well for the upcoming match in order to continue collecting points.
