Sky Sports reported that English club Fulham is ready to make a record offer in the club's history to sign Brazilian winger Kevin Santos, a player from Shakhtar Donetsk, during the current summer transfer window.

The network confirmed that negotiations between the two clubs have already begun, as Fulham aims to finalize the deal despite financial challenges.

The London club is preparing to surpass the record fee they agreed with Arsenal last year for the signing of Emile Smith Rowe, which amounted to £34 million including add-ons.

Despite this generous offer, Shakhtar has not shown any willingness to agree so far, as the Ukrainian club values Kevin at more than three times the €15 million they paid to sign him from Palmeiras 18 months ago, reflecting a significant gap in the valuation of the deal between the two parties.
