Christian Kivu's comments ahead of Inter vs Shakhtar in the UEFA Champions League

Christian Kivu, the manager of Inter, has confirmed that his team is aiming for victory against Shakhtar Donetsk in the upcoming match of the third round of the group stage in the UEFA Champions League, stressing the need for the team to regain its energy and confidence.

Kiev stated in the press conference before the match that all UEFA Champions League encounters are difficult, explaining that Shakhtar possesses quality, experience, and speed. He emphasized that they are good at playing with and without the ball, which requires his players to maintain focus and fighting spirit throughout the match.

Inter's coach stated that the priority at the moment is to achieve victory, especially after the team lost their first two matches in the tournament against Real Madrid and Club Brugge. He emphasized that discussing the past will not help the team, and what is needed is to prepare well for the upcoming match and do everything possible to secure the three points.

Kievo has spoken about taking responsibility for negative results, stating that he is primarily accountable for matters that are not going as required. He pointed out that the team is not perfect, but he trusts his players' ability to handle difficulties and return to the right path, while at the same time rejecting the portrayal of every loss for Inter as a disaster.
