The Air Force Club announced its official contract with young goalkeeper Zain Al-Abidin Nasif coming from Karbala Club, as part of strengthening its squad in preparation for the upcoming football season, within the club's project to renew its roster and enhance options in the goalkeeper position.

Zain Al-Abidin, who is 21 years old, is considered one of the promising talents in Iraqi football, as he previously represented the clubs of Al-Hudood and Karbala, and succeeded in presenting good performances that caught attention, despite the difficult circumstances his previous team faced.

The goalkeeper expressed his great happiness at moving to the Air Force Club, confirming that wearing the Falcons' jersey represents an important step in his career, and his ambition is to give his best and compete for a starting position.

It is worth noting that Karbala Club, which Nasif represented last season, was officially relegated to the Iraqi Premier League after a tough season in the Stars League, which opened the door for several of its players to leave and seek new experiences, the most notable of which was Nasif's transfer to the Air Force Club, in a deal that is expected to add a lot to the blue team's defense in upcoming competitions.
