French media reports have revealed new developments regarding the future of Moroccan star Elias Ben Seghir, a player for Monaco, during the current summer transfer window, amid increasing interest from major European clubs.

According to Nice-Matin, Monaco's management has set an initial asking price of 50 million euros for the player, given the interest from clubs like Barcelona, Juventus, and Inter Milan in signing him.

Despite the growing talk of attractive offers, the club's CEO, Tiago Scuro, stated in previous remarks in June: "Ben Seghir is an exceptional talent and a remarkable player. We want to develop him here, and I believe his best times are yet to come."

The 20-year-old Moroccan player is under contract with Monaco until the summer of 2027.

He participated in 46 matches across various competitions last season, scoring 9 goals and providing 4 assists, making him a target for several major European clubs looking to strengthen their squads with young and promising talents.
