Officially.. Al Sadd announces the signing of Roberto Firmino
Al Sadd Club of Qatar announced today, Wednesday, that it has officially signed Brazilian striker Roberto Firmino during the current summer transfer window, coming from Al Ahli Jeddah of Saudi Arabia.
The Qatari club posted a video on its account on X platform and commented: "Firmino is a Saddawi," referring to his joining the team.
According to the Saudi newspaper Asharq Al-Awsat, the transfer fee for Firmino to Al Sadd was about 7 million euros.
Firmino played 65 matches with Al Ahli Jeddah across all competitions, scoring 21 goals and providing 17 assists.
