West Ham United has made a final decision regarding the future of Moroccan international Nayef Aguerd, opting not to allow him to leave on loan during the new football season, instead favoring a permanent sale only.

Aguerd spent last season on loan at Real Sociedad in Spain, where he had an unstable experience, before returning to the London club this summer.

According to British media reports, West Ham's management, led by new coach Graham Potter, hoped to receive official offers from clubs looking to sign the Moroccan defender permanently, especially after strengthening the defensive line with new signings during the current transfer window.

However, West Ham has not received any official offers for Aguerd, including from Real Sociedad, which had previously shown interest in his services but did not make any actual offer to purchase his contract.

It seems that Nayef Aguerd will temporarily continue his journey with West Ham, at least during the current phase, waiting to see what the remaining days of the transfer market will bring.

The club's management completely rejects the idea of loaning the player again, making a permanent sale the only condition for allowing him to leave the team's ranks.
