Al-Qadisiyah Club has officially announced its signing of Italy's national team top scorer and Atalanta player, Matteo Reteghi, for 65 million euros, making this deal one of the most expensive in the history of the Roshan League.

This transfer ranks third in the list of the most expensive deals that the Saudi league has witnessed so far, behind Neymar da Silva and Juan Duran.

Neymar tops the list after moving from Paris Saint-Germain to Al-Hilal in 2023 for 90 million euros, followed by Juan Duran who joined Al-Nassr for 77 million euros in 2025.

The ranking also includes Malcom Filipe, who transferred to Al-Hilal from Zenit Saint Petersburg in 2023 for 60 million euros, and Otávio Montieri from Porto to Al-Nassr for the same amount.

The list also features Moussa Diaby, who moved from Aston Villa to Al-Ittihad in 2024 for 60 million euros, reflecting a significant increase in the volume of transfers in the Saudi league in recent years.
