Al-Qadisiyah Club has signed a new deal by acquiring Moroccan defender Soufiane Chakla, coming from the Dutch club Utrecht during the current summer transfer window.

The club announced the deal through its official accounts with a striking phrase: "The Atlas Lion is with us until 2029," referring to the length of the contract.

The player is 26 years old and is skilled at playing as a left-back. He has also previously played as a center-back when needed.

The player's addition represents a significant technical boost to Al-Qadisiyah's defense line, as the management seeks to strengthen the squad in preparation for the new season.

Al-Qadsia finished last season in fourth place in the Saudi Roshan League, which qualified them to participate in the AFC Champions League for the elite.

The club management is working on building a strong team capable of competing both locally and continentally by signing players with notable European experience.

Al-Qadisiyah hopes that Krawani will contribute to enhancing the quality of the defensive line and deliver performances that help the team achieve its goals in upcoming competitions.
