Sky Sports reported that Italian club Milan is close to reaching an agreement with English club Brighton for the signing of Ecuadorian left-back Pervis Estupinan, following a new round of negotiations between the two clubs.

According to the report, Milan's second offer is nearing Brighton's demands, with the deal estimated at around £17.5 million, equivalent to about €20 million, and is expected to be finalized soon.

Estupinan did not participate in Brighton's friendly match against Las Palmas, which ended with his team winning 2-0 during the training camp in southern Spain, indicating his impending departure from the English club.

It is worth noting that Estupinan, 26 years old, has played 104 matches with Brighton across various competitions, scoring 5 goals and providing 14 assists.
