Media figure Ahmed Shouber confirmed that Al Ahly is satisfied with the current squad and does not see a need for additional reinforcements in some positions.

Shouber stated in his radio remarks: "The coaching staff, led by Jose Ribeiro, has decided to be content with the current squad without the need for additional reinforcements in some positions."

He added: "Al Ahly will not sign a left-back; Mohamed Shokry is available, and Ribeiro has tried Karim Fouad in this position and was happy with what he presented. The coach also expressed his admiration for the abilities of Hamza Abdel Karim and Mohamed Abdullah."

Shouber sent a message to the administrations of Zamalek and Al Ahly, saying: "Put your trust in the young players, as among them are wonderful talents capable of shining in the future, like Mohamed El-Sayed at Zamalek; he is a very talented player."
