Al-Nassr Saudi Arabia has commenced its foreign movements in the summer transfer market with a significant defensive deal, having reached a final agreement with Dutch club Feyenoord to acquire Slovak defender David Hanko.

According to reliable global sources, the deal will cost the club's treasury approximately 35 million euros, along with some financial bonuses linked to performance, reflecting the management's seriousness in strengthening the squad with high-quality names.

This step comes as part of a comprehensive technical project led by Portuguese coach Jorge Jesus, who aims to build a complete team capable of winning all local and continental championships in the upcoming season.

On the technical front, Hanko is considered one of the top defenders in the Dutch league during the past season, having distinguished himself with strong defensive statistics, including a successful tackle rate of 71%, and winning 120 duels in 30 matches.

The Slovak defender also recorded a 60% success rate in aerial duels and regained over 140 balls, proving that he is the type of quality that Al-Nassr needs to lead the defense line in the face of major challenges.
