The Italian club Lazio reassured its fans about the health condition of its coach Maurizio Sarri, confirming that he is in good health and will return to lead the team's training scheduled for this evening, Wednesday, at the Formello training center, after experiencing a health issue in the morning that required him to be taken to the hospital.

Reports indicated that the 66-year-old coach felt sudden discomfort on Wednesday morning, leading to his transfer to the Villa Mafalda clinic in Rome for thorough medical examinations.

Lazio issued an official statement confirming that the medical tests Sarri underwent were comprehensive and precautionary, and that he has already left the hospital and returned to Formello to lead the scheduled training today.

It is worth mentioning that Lazio began its preparations for the new season on Monday, and the team had completed two days of training before this incident, which occurred just 24 hours after Atalanta's coach, Ivan Juric, was hospitalized due to a respiratory infection.
