Milan Agrees with Terracciano.. and Sportiello Approaches Atalanta
Sunday 13-07-2025
According to 'Calcio Mercato', AC Milan has reached an agreement with goalkeeper Pietro Terracciano to be the backup for Mike Maignan next season, following the confirmation of Marco Sportiello's return to Atalanta.

The newspaper reported that Milan has agreed with Terracciano on a two-year contract until June 30, 2027, with the Italian goalkeeper willing to reduce his current salary of 900,000 euros. Terracciano decided to leave Fiorentina after six years, having become a substitute after the signing of David De Gea.

Meanwhile, Milan continues its negotiations with Atalanta for Marco Sportiello's return to Bergamo, where he previously played between 2019 and 2023. Sportiello prefers to return to Atalanta to be a backup for Carnesecchi rather than moving to Cremonese. It is expected that he will terminate his contract with Milan, which runs until 2027, in the coming days.

Sportiello's return to Atalanta will officially pave the way for Terracciano to join Milan as a second goalkeeper behind Mike Maignan.
