Tariq Al-Saeed: I Advise Mustafa Mohamed Not to Return from Professional Football
Tariq Al-Saeed, the former Zamalek star, gave advice to Mustafa Mohamed, the player of Nantes FC in France, not to return from professional football.
Al-Saeed said during the program "Ya Masaa Al-Anwar" on MBC Masr 2: "When I left Anderlecht and returned to Egypt, I regretted it a lot... I was leaving Egypt as the best player in the league and the top scorer of the tournament, and I could have gone to a better place, but unfortunately, my mentality wasn't professional at that time."
He added: "My advice to Mustafa Mohamed... Don't ever return from professional football, and God willing, you will move to something even greater."
Al-Saeed confirmed that continuing to play professionally in Europe provides Egyptian players with great experiences and opportunities for development that are not easily repeated.
