The Al-Hilal star continued: 'It is unfortunate that our journey ended in the quarter-finals; we gave everything, but it was not meant to be.'
Koulibaly added: 'I am grateful to God for the moments we shared in the tournament, hoping for a better season in the future; we will continue to push to make you dream again.'
