In a major strategic move, the management of Al Ittihad Club has revealed preparations to establish a comprehensive sports and investment facility, following a series of meetings with three of the leading global companies specialized in designing modern sports facilities.

The project will be built on a vast area of 250,000 square meters, giving it the advantage of future expansion and allowing for a comprehensive vision that combines both sports and investment infrastructure simultaneously.

The facility will include training fields specifically for the first team, in addition to an advanced medical center expected to enhance the physical efficiency of the players, alongside a series of qualitative investment projects such as hotels, restaurants, and cafes.

To ensure the highest standards of administrative oversight, Al Ittihad's management has appointed Hassan Khursani as the first director of the facilities, a new position dedicated to following up on the details of this vital project and directly supervising its implementation.

The geographical location of the project is characterized as vital and strategic, being only 10 minutes away from the Red Sea and another 10 minutes from the Jewel Stadium, adding a tourism and investment dimension to it.

The name of the executing company is expected to be announced in the coming days, with all stages of the project scheduled to be completed and officially opened by 2027, as part of a comprehensive development plan for Al Ittihad Club's facilities.
