A specialized committee has been established, comprising representatives from the Ministry of Sports, the Saudi Football Federation, the League Association, alongside independent experts, to monitor financial performance and implement governance systems.

The new initiative aims to enhance governance within the sports system by controlling expenses, organizing clubs' financial procedures, and ensuring their compliance with professional standards.

Among the key oversight tools, the committee will rely on issuing financial efficiency certificates, which are a prerequisite for clubs to continue competing and registering players.
