This morning, Monday, the Al-Ahli team started its preparatory journey for the new season, as the team's delegation headed from Jeddah to Austria to mark the start of the first phase of the training program.
The preparation program consists of three consecutive phases, with the first phase taking place in the Austrian city of Lengenfeld, amid precise technical arrangements set by the coaching staff led by German Matthias Jaissle.
Jaissle and several foreign professionals will join the delegation directly in Austria, while the remaining players traveled from Jeddah after the club granted them the freedom to choose their joining method.
Among the prominent stars joining the training camp are Algerian Riyad Mahrez, English Ivan Toney, and Brazilian Roger Ibanez, while Senegalese goalkeeper Edouard Mendy traveled with the delegation from Jeddah.
