Mishaal Al-Safai, the agent of Khalid Al-Ghannam, the wing of Al-Ettifaq on loan to Al-Hilal, revealed the truth about the legality of his client's participation with the leader in the FIFA Club World Cup.
It is noted that Al-Hilal contracted Khalid Al-Ghannam to represent its ranks in the summer of 2024 coming from Al-Ettifaq, on loan for one sports season.
Al-Safai responded via his account on the social media platform 'X' to what is said about Khalid Al-Ghannam's participation with Al-Hilal in the FIFA Club World Cup despite the end of his loan at the end of last season's competitions.
Al-Safai said in this regard: "Unfortunately, some claim things without understanding, this information is incorrect, and Captain Khalid Al-Ghannam's contract is still valid with Al-Hilal."
It is worth noting that Khalid Al-Ghannam's loan with Al-Hilal ends with the conclusion of the FIFA Club World Cup, after which he will return to Al-Ettifaq where he is tied to a valid contract until the summer of 2028.
